Block Paving Driveway and Path in Bath

This Bath driveway was worn, cracked tarmac with weeds growing through the edges. The customer wanted a smarter, longer-lasting surface leading up to the house.

We dug out the old surface, laid a compacted sub-base and installed new multi-tone block paving with a contrasting charcoal border. The paving sweeps round in a curve to the front door, and we fitted a recessed inspection cover so the manhole is hidden in the paving pattern.

Fresh bark was laid to the beds either side to finish the job, giving a tidy, hard-wearing driveway and path that suits the house.
